Presentation of Croatian Investment Potential in Slovenia

The Managing Director of the Agency for Investments and Competitiveness, Mr Zdenko Lucić, participated at the 50th International Trade and Business Fair in Celje, held from 12-17th of September. On that occasion, the Managing Director Lucić presented investment projects and potential of the Republic of Croatia at the Croatian-Slovenia business forum. For the first time, the Fair has a country partner and it is Croatia. More than 1,700 exhibitors from 40 countries, including 50 exhibitors from Croatia and are taking part at the Fair expected around 128 thousand visitors.

One of the speakers who opened the Conference was the Vice Prime Minister of the Government and the Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts Dr. sc. Dalić and the Minister of Tourism, Gari Cappelli. The Vice Prime Minister Dalić commended a high level of the economic cooperation between countries, pointing out that Slovenia is third and Croatia fourth foreign trade partner with growing commodity exchange that has recorded EUR 3.6 billion last year.
