The Centre for Strategic Economic Studies “Vojvodina CESS” organized the 2nd International Conference “Competitiveness of the Regions” held in Novi Sad from 5th to 6th November 2009. The conference was organized in cooperation with the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (WIIW) and the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS) from Vienna. It was an opportunity for numerous experts to present the various possibilities for investments and competitiveness of the regions.
The Acting Managing Director of the Agency participated in the second panel dedicated to the investments which strengthen competitiveness. He has presented the legal and institutional framework for PPP in Croatia and Croatian experience in few successful PPP projects.
