The aim of the guide is to provide the public sector as potential contracting authority with the “step by step” instructions on what procedures has to be taken to prepare and successfully implement the PPP project in line with the provisions of the Act on Public Private Partnership, Concessions Act and Public Procurement Act. Its key objective is to contribute to the efficient and quality PPP project proposals and their implementation under the provisions of the mentioned laws and the respective bylaws.
The Guide is compiled by the Agency in cooperation with the OECD – SIGMA consultants and will be available in English by the end of August, 2009.
