On April 25, 2019, the amended Physical Planning Act and Building Act entered into force, which will simplify and accelerate the process of obtaining location, building and use permits.
Amendments of the said Acts also foresee further improvements regarding the provision of electronic services and access to information and in particular, of the eLicense (“eDozvola”) system within which the eConference (“eKonferencija”) is being developed.
eConference will allow the accompanying licensing activities regarding the special conditions to be done electronically within the eLicense system.
