From 3rd to 9th February the group has attended the meetings with the representatives of the key institutions for PPP in Lithuania: Ministry of Finance, Central Project Management Agency, Invest Lithuania and Ministry of Justice. The group had opportunity to meet with Mayor of Vilnius and Mayor of Druskininkai and discussed the investment priorities on local level. Besides, they had paid a visit to the several successfully implemented PPP projects: the School in Balsiai, Vilnius City Heating Network, Snow Arena in Druskininkai and Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas. During the visit the Croatian experts have exchanged the experience regarding the functional institutional and legal framework and best practice in implementation of urban and social infrastructure.
