The Register currently contains data on PPP contracts which were concluded before the entry into force of the Act on Public Private Partnerships (Official Gazette 129/08). The Register will be regularly updated by gathering of new data. This Register will also cover the data on the PPP contracts to be concluded after the entry into force of the PPP Act.
The Register is public and can be searched easily after the registration on the sub-page “Register” on this website.
Currently the Register is publicly available in Croatian language and by the end of January a summary of basic information about the projects and contracts from it will be available in English too.
