The representative of the Agency participated in the seminar “Making Public-Private Partnerships Work – A Practical Guide” in Maastricht

The representative of the Agency participated in the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) – Practitioners’ Workshop: Making Public-Private Partnerships Work – A Practical Guide held in Maastricht from 30th March to 1st April 2009 organized by European Institute for Public Administration (EIPA) from Maastricht. The participants were practitioners and consultants from the regulatory institutions in the EU member states, Switzerland, Turkey, Russia and Croatia. The seminar was opened by Mr. Michael Burnett from EIPA, one of the leading global experts for the PPP and presented the PPP in the European landscape.
In the various workshops the participants had an opportunity to learn how to use the New Competitive Dialog procedure in practice to implement PPP.
The representative of the Agency has presented the progress of the PPP implementation in Croatia and held few informal meetings to exchange the opinion and the experience.
