The 3-days workshop on public procurement was held in the County Chamber of Commerce Pula from 1st to 3rd July 2009. The workshop was held as the activity in the framework of the program of education in the field of the public procurement of the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship and the Croatian Chamber of Economy. The Director of the Sector for Approval of the PPP projects Mr.Savo Pejak, MSc held the presentation of the module of the PPP. The objective was to provide the participants the outlines of the legal and institutional framework in Croatia, to introduce the procedure for assessment and approval of the PPP projects and the tender documentation and the risk allocation.
