Depending on the number of new employees investor may exercise the right to release the amount: - 100% exemption for investors who employ 25 and more persons in reactivated neglected and unused resource for the first year of operation, 50% for the second year of operation and 25% for the third year of operation, - 50% exemption for investors who hire up to 15 people in reactivated neglected and unused resource for the first year of operation, 25% for the second year of operation, 15% for third year of operation, - 30% exemption for investors who hire up to 5 persons in reactivated neglected and unused resource for the first year of operation and 15% for the second year of operation. Measures to encourage users of the business incubator are intended for small businesses in the very beginning of their business in a way that their difficult market positioning process is facilitated lower costs by releasing the obligation to pay utility fees, as follows: - 75% for the first year of operation and use of the incubator, - 50% for the second year of operation and use incubator, - 25% for the third year of operation and use incubator. |
